About the role

Enterprise Solutions Engineer located in the Eastern US to own the technical relationship with Factory’s largest customers, driving revenue from discovery through pilot, expansion, and ongoing success. Responsible for mapping customer objectives to platform capabilities, architecting solutions in real environments, and providing front-line product signal to influence development.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical evaluation. Lead full cycle product evaluations, design proofs of concept, and run pilots inside customer environments. Get developers actually using Factory and make sure they stick.

Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years in a technical customer-facing role — Sales engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, platform engineering, SRE, or similar
