About the role

Leadership role to build and scale engineering teams focused on the Database Monitoring product, with an emphasis on AI features, customer impact, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Launch new products and businesses into new markets.
  • Drive adoption and business outcomes alongside technical delivery, using customer feedback and product data to guide investment.
  • Continuously challenge the team to think about new vectors for market penetration. Our goal is to be in the toolkit of every company using a database.
  • Own the roadmap of the Database Monitoring product, with particular emphasis on AI features and developer personas.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop engineering managers and staff engineers across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience partnering directly with customers to refine product experiences, find product-market fit, and coach teams through the process.
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategy and driving adoption and commercial success.
  • Proven track record scaling product engineering teams: hiring, coaching, performance management, and building appropriate team structures.
  • Experience deploying applications on Postgres.
