About the role

Senior Product Engineer focusing on manufacturing plans and process optimization for NVIDIA GPU server products. Responsible for forecasting equipment and capacity, collaborating with ODM/CM teams, and driving yields, test coverage, and cost reductions across overseas manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the factory key performance index & metrics measurement for periodic review
  • Working with ODM/CM engineers for continuous process improvement
  • Managing manufacturing and quality issues on the production line
  • Forecasting equipment, tooling, and production capacity
  • Escalate critical quality issues to engineering teams and management
  • Assist, develop, and provide feedback on server design and DFx
  • Collaborate with server engineering and product engineering teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical) or Business Administration with technology Industry working experience
  • 5+ years manufacturing management experience in x86 PC or server products
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of yield rate, pareto analysis
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively across different functional teams
  • Good communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving
  • Good time management and task prioritization
  • Able to be proactive and drive projects with minimal supervision
