About the role

Technical and strategic senior developer relations leader focused on Agentic AI, Generative AI and Sovereign AI; drives adoption of NVIDIA AI platforms through partnerships, programs, and developer enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI and AI Models for multimodality data & models; act as trusted advisor for the developer ecosystem in Sovereign AI
  • Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack (tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints) into partner products, platforms, and pipelines
  • Guide partners through onboarding and integration by providing technical resources such as sample code, guides, and demo pipelines to accelerate Sovereign AI adoption and co-innovation
  • Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities; collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and optimize partner adoption strategies
  • Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges; use regular syncs to track adoption and surface field insights to NVIDIA product teams
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Sovereign AI technology and use cases enabling governments and enterprise adopters
  • Discover new workflows, identify blockers to ISV adoption, and report back to product teams
  • Collaborate with NVIDIA partner managers, solution architects, industry BD managers, regional Sovereign AI entities, sales and marketing
  • Travel as needed and leverage optimal methods to achieve partner success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years in technology industry with 5+ years hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLMs and VLM in enterprise ISV software development or government workflows
  • Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major tech companies or ISVs
  • Significant technical depth in Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLMs and VLM across domains such as smart cities, healthcare, citizen services, robotics, cloud and AI/ML
  • Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams; architectural design, code reviews, mentorship, and delivering talks/workshops
  • Ability to structure complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, and collaborate across sales, legal, product, marketing
  • Strong communication skills to distill complex concepts for audiences from engineers to executives; experience defining and marketing jointly with strategic ISV partners
  • Excellent project management skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Hands-on software architecture, design, implementation, and programming experience
  • Passion for AI, continuous learning, self-starting, outcome-oriented with developer empathy
