About the role

Developer Relations Manager to engage China’s industrial/research communities, integrating NVIDIA's GPU Accelerated Computing solutions for AI across multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments. Focus on Enterprise AI, Agentic AI, post-training, and platform-level solution development, with technical business development and evangelism responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Understand China researcher and developer communities, analyze technical requirements, identify needle-moving projects.
  • Bridge NVIDIA tools with community requirements; promote NVIDIA tools, libraries, and SDKs with China researchers, ISVs, and service providers.
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise AI and Agentic AI, including agent architecture, skills, orchestration, evaluation, and reinforcement learning for post-training; familiarity with software ecosystems and platform-level solution development across cloud/hybrid/on-prem.
  • Discover new workflows, identify blockers to ISV adoption, and report back to product teams.
  • Drive early adoption of new products and support launch and go-to-market activities.
  • Collaborate with NVIDIA business development managers, solution architects, developer technology engineers, developer marketing, and product teams to engage with customers and communities.
  • Travel as required; empower to find best ways to get the job done and make partners successful.

Qualifications

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of work-related experience in Enterprise AI, Agentic AI, agent skills, and post-training in a technical leadership role and architecting GPU-accelerated, platform-level enterprise AI solutions.
  • Deep understanding of accelerated computing, AI for science, Agentic AI, physical AI and LLM ecosystem of startups, ISVs, data stores, CSP services, and SaaS/platform offers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with empathy for developers.
  • Clear written and oral communication skills with a proven track record to articulate value propositions to executive and technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills: planning, prioritizing, and driving multiple projects with stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of recent advancements in AI for Science, LLMs, VLMs, Agentic AI and Physical AI.
  • Passion for AI with continuous learning, self-starting and outcome-oriented attitude.
