About the role

Senior Strategy Manager responsible for crafting cross-Google EDU marketing strategy, supporting business operations, and aligning with CAM Strategy and Operations to drive initiatives across EDU Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought and operating partner to the EDU Marketing team.
  • Support annual marketing planning for the teams and cross-functional initiatives, including establishing priorities and making the business case for resources to executive stakeholders.
  • Lead high priority initiatives that address critical/evolving needs of the EDU Marketing business and leadership team.
  • Oversee and manage key team resources, including budget and headcount.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting or strategy and operations in tech, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders and teams.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
  • Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity, evolving business needs, and work in a changing environment.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to partner across teams/functions to connect the dots across insights and initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex analysis to simple communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, flexing across executive leadership and on-the-ground execution.
  • Track record of delivering large-scale projects and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously (and globally).
