About the role

Role within Google’s core infrastructure engine for enterprise services, focusing on foundational systems powering Customer, Domain, OrgUnit, and Device Management for Google Workspace, Cloud, Android Enterprise, and Chrome Enterprise; responsible for technical strategy, architecture, and leadership with cross-functional impact across Workspace, GCP, and related product areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical strategy, architectural design, and implementation of next-generation foundational services for Cloud Directory.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and collaborate with PM, UX leadership, and stakeholders across Workspace, GCP, Android Enterprise, and Chrome Enterprise to shape the product roadmap and deliver end-to-end solutions for customer lifecycle management and organization governance.
  • Navigate extreme ambiguity and drive the technical goals for complex, large-scale initiatives.
  • Act as a technical multiplier across the organization, setting rigorous engineering standards, driving best practices for system health, and mentoring mid-level and executive engineers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience programming in Java.
  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
  • 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
