About the role

Technology Enablement Manager within Google's Global Security Systems and Technology (GSST) team, responsible for transforming regional security needs into structured, deployed technology solutions and serving as the bridge between end-users (Security Operations, GSOC) and engineering partners to manage end-to-end security systems projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects.
  • Represent GSST and interface with executives across customer verticals (e.g., GSOC, SecOps, regional partners), translating ambiguous operational requests and feedback into structured business requirements.
  • Drive end-to-end project management, track timelines, mitigate risks, manage integration vendors, author SOPs/runbooks, and deliver targeted training for smooth handovers.
  • Conduct post-deployment health checks and validation reviews to ensure delivered systems meet operational benchmarks and match the original intent, while gathering feedback to drive iterative scaling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a Quantitative field, Business Administration, Technology Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or technology project management.
  • Experience with change management and managing cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets.
