About the role
The central Business Operations and Strategy team (BizOps) drives strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across Google’s product areas and functions. In this role, you own problem definition, run workstreams, analyze data, and influence executive decisions while collaborating cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Structure complex and ambiguous business issues for Google executive team.
- Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly and problem solve effectively.
- Develop compelling and insightful recommendations.
- Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within leadership audiences.
- Work with product managers, leadership, and functions to operationalize recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in management consulting or other equivalent business strategy experience.
