Google Large Customer Sales role focused on fostering strategic partnerships with Japan's leading consumer products and retail clients, leveraging Google's advertising solutions to drive measurable business growth and deliver extraordinary outcomes for clients and Google.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with executive stakeholders across assigned retail accounts. Align with their strategic goals and challenges to proactively recommend tailored Google solutions.
  • Unlock incremental business growth streams by identifying strategic upselling and cross-selling avenues across Google’s ads portfolio. Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Develop highly persuasive, analytical business cases and proposals that align Google’s value proposition with specific client pain points. Present compelling narratives to executive-level audiences.
  • Lead the seamless execution of advertising campaigns in coordination with internal specialist units (gTech, Product Leads). Proactively fine-tune and optimize setups to guarantee maximum performance and client satisfaction.
  • Keep a sharp pulse on retail industry dynamics, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape. Translate deep product knowledge of Google’s latest ad tech into actionable growth opportunities for clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
