About the role

Product Manager responsible for end-to-end experience of critical products within the Niural platform, collaborating with engineering, design, and other PMs to turn ambiguous customer problems into clear, buildable requirements. This is a hands-on role with ownership over what ships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a product roadmap that balances customer needs, market trends, and company priorities
  • Align leadership and cross-functional teams on what matters most and why
  • Use customer research, data, and feedback loops to uncover real problems worth solving
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering can build from on day one
  • Own features end to end: discovery, scoping, delivery, launch, and iteration
  • Get into technical tradeoffs with engineers and make prioritization calls fast
  • Define integration requirements, testing plans, and validation processes so nothing ships half-baked
  • Watch for friction and gaps in the product using data and user feedback
  • Bring forward practical fixes around edge cases in payroll and compliance
  • Work fluidly with engineering, design, sales, and marketing
  • Represent the product clearly to stakeholders at every level

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of end-to-end product management experience
  • Deep familiarity with AI/LLM-powered product features
  • Comfortable in deep technical discussions with engineers about tradeoffs
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
  • A track record of pushing through tough product problems to protect customer satisfaction
  • Comfort with product tools (Jira, Linear, Figma, Notion, or similar)
