About the role

Product Designer at Niural responsible for high-fidelity prototypes, design systems, and cross-functional design leadership to accelerate design delivery and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Design&Prototype: Own the end-to-end creation of high-fidelity, interactive prototypes for sales demos, internal showcases, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to translate business goals and user needs into elegant design solutions.
  • Coordinate Design Operations: Help prioritize, manage, and align design tasks across the team to ensure consistent output, clear ownership, and delivery velocity.
  • Elevate Visual&UX Standards: Support and evolve our design systems to ensure cohesion and scalability across the product.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Participate in user research, usability testing, and design reviews to gather feedback and iterate on designs quickly.
  • Mentor&Lead by Example: Bring senior-level perspective and thought partnership to help raise the bar for design craft and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience designing SaaS products, ideally in fast-paced, growth-stage companies.
  • Fluent in Figma (preferred), Framer, or other prototyping and design platforms.
  • Built high-fidelity, interactive prototypes used for sales, demos, or internal pitching.
  • Sharp eye for design and UX details, with ability to see big picture and business context.
  • Experience contributing to and maintaining scalable design systems.
  • Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Enjoy taking ownership of ambiguous problems and turning them into structured solutions.
  • Value feedback, iterate quickly, and continuously seek to improve product and process.
  • Bring calm and structure to chaos, thriving where speed, quality, and agility matter.
