About the role

Ops Program Manager to drive technical manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations for PCBA destined for Leo satellites. Manage contract manufacturers’ end-to-end production, ensure on-time delivery, and lead continuous improvement across manufacturing processes for electronic PCBA within Amazon’s Leo project.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract manufacturers' end-to-end production process for assigned PCBAs
  • Ensure on-time delivery to meet Leo production rate requirements
  • Drive production planning and execution aligned with cross-functional priorities
  • Measure, Control and Improve capacity, quality, manufacturing rate/processes, and delivery KPIs at contract manufacturers
  • Lead technical deep dives to resolve manufacturing blockers and constraints
  • Balance development and engineering needs to minimize production impacts
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics and reporting systems

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
