About the role

Senior Product Manager leading AI-driven clinical trials transformation within the AWS Life Sciences Applied AI Solutions organization. Responsible for defining product strategy and guiding a cross-functional team to develop novel, generative AI agent-based experiences for external life sciences customers, with a focus on reimagining clinical trial design, execution, and delivery at global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pioneering product development for AI-driven clinical trials transformation.
  • Guide a team of product managers, developers, and scientists to invent and simplify for pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical operations customers.
  • Define novel, generative AI agent-based experiences to accelerate path from discovery to treatment.
  • Drive innovation by reimagining how clinical evidence is generated and how trial operations are managed.
  • Replace fragmented manual processes with intelligent, continuously learning systems.
  • Define key product directions, adopt or invent new ML techniques, reimagine workflows and experiences, and influence how life-saving therapies reach patients.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager
  • 5+ years of technical experience (software development, network development, IT, etc.)
  • Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products across full product lifecycle from concept to GTM
  • Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs
  • Experience with roadmap strategy and definition
  • Proven track record delivering products in cloud computing, networking, or infrastructure services
  • Experience managing P&L and driving business outcomes for technical products
  • Strong technical depth for architectural discussions with engineering teams
