About the role

Technical Product Manager role focusing on the digital-certificate Post-Quantum evolution and PKI, overseeing AWS Certificate Manager, Private Certificate Authority, and Code Signing services with emphasis on securing customers’ websites, APIs, and devices.

Responsibilities

  • Understand our customers inside and out
  • Invent on behalf of customers
  • Develop product strategy and vision and translate it into creative, high quality, simple features
  • Make the business decisions that grow the adoption and usage of our services and accelerate the growth of our overall security business
  • Set prices, target the right customers, and focus our investments in the right areas
  • Work closely with the engineering teams to design, schedule and deliver in an agile environment to deliver products to market
  • Launch new features and make sure our sales, marketing, and PR teams are telling the most compelling story
  • Advocate for developer, corporate, and consumer customers; translate customer needs into features and pricing models
  • Deliver an unparalleled customer experience with deep understanding of customer needs and competitive landscape

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
