About the role

Senior TPM to architect and drive cross-functional programs for FBA Growth Segments, focusing on high-potential but under-penetrated product categories within FBA. Build lasting mechanisms, coordinate across VP organizations and global marketplaces, and leverage AI/automation to accelerate decision-making and execution at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Architect programs, mechanisms, and cross-functional operating rhythms that drive growth across under-penetrated FBA segments.
  • Coordinate initiatives spanning multiple VP organizations and global marketplaces.
  • Collaborate at the intersection of product, technology, supply chain, and seller experience.
  • Develop systems and processes that outlast individual initiatives and handle high coordination complexity.
  • Apply AI and automation as practical tools to accelerate decision-making and execution at scale.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
