About the role

Amazon Seller Assistant is a GenAI-first, multi-agent system aiming to provide each seller with a proactive, autonomous assistant that understands their business, surfaces insights, resolves issues, and helps sellers grow. The role involves defining and building the next generation of this agentic system, partnering with scientists and engineers to ship production-grade capabilities at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own your problem space end-to-end, from a crisp customer insight to a shipped product that millions of sellers rely on
  • Partner with top-tier scientists and engineers to launch production-grade agentic capabilities at Amazon's scale
  • Define and build the next generation of Amazon Seller Assistant
  • Work in a team that ships production-grade, multi-agent systems used by millions of sellers worldwide

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
