About the role
Administrative Assistant to support the VP of Engineering, owning operational details to enable leadership focus and ensuring the team is in the right place at the right time with what they need.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Calendar Command: transform executive calendar into a curated roadmap, allocate time to highest priorities, resolve scheduling conflicts
- Operational Velocity: reclaim leadership time by acting as gatekeeper, problem solver, and driver for ad-hoc special projects
- Stakeholder Diplomacy: serve as a polished point of contact for internal teams and external customers, navigating high-stakes relationships with discretion and tact
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years in administrative support, personal support, or a relevant high-level coordinator role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain an orderly workflow to ensure smooth operations
- Proficiency in managing schedules, deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks in fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail
