About the role
QA specialist role focusing on detailed inspections of Amazon and marketplace creative (A+ Content, Image Stacks, product imagery) to ensure quality before going live, while improving inspection processes and maintaining brand guidelines.

- Check file naming conventions and SKU counts across shared drive folders to confirm content is production-ready
- Follow up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found or details are incomplete
- Log and prioritize QA findings with clear severity ratings and specific, actionable feedback for designers and copywriters
- Track task progression across pre- and post-production, keeping CPMs and project owners looped in on updates
- Maintain and apply brand-specific QA guidelines, incorporating reviewer feedback to sharpen the process over time
- Develop and continuously improve the workflow for product/content inspection
Qualifications
