About the role

Senior leadership role leading a high-performing Operations team and driving marketplace strategy for Pattern's brand partners within the Creators platform, with a focus on TikTok Shop and cross-functional operational excellence in a hybrid Lehi, Utah setting.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with central supply chain and internal logistics teams to align procurement, inventory allocation, and fulfillment with live shopping and creator-driven demand spikes.
  • Lead end-to-end Product Detail Page (PDP) optimization, new product launches, listing quality, and creative asset enhancements for high-converting TikTok Shop storefronts.
  • Oversee shop health, including customer service workflows, fulfillment SLAs, onboarding coordination, and adapting to evolving TikTok Shop policies.
  • Manage price parity monitoring and unauthorized seller monitoring to protect brand integrity.
  • Guide and support an execution team including offshore partners and internal specialists to ensure seamless task execution across all accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, supply chain, commercial, and finance teams to resolve bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
  • Prioritize and execute multiple competing workstreams with focus on quality and speed.

Qualifications

  • Project Management Mastery: strong organizational skills managing dozens of moving parts and complex workstreams.
  • Cross-Functional Influence & EQ: ability to collaborate across procurement, logistics, and finance with accountability.
  • Stakeholder Management: experience working across matrixed teams and earning trust quickly.
  • Operational & Marketplace Expertise: background in ecommerce operations, store health, PDP optimization, or marketplace management (TikTok Shop or Amazon highly valued).
  • Leadership & Team Direction: experience managing distributed/external teams and empowering them to deliver results.
