About the role

Associate Engineer role focused on reliability analyses and hardware/software work for satellite systems, with a 12-week summer program at Astranis in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

  • Perform reliability analyses on satellite systems
  • Work with the reliability design team to analyze flight hardware
  • Support DFMEA efforts
  • Write code to help evaluate performance and automate testing of satellite hardware

Qualifications

  • Have a four-year degree in electrical or computer engineering or physics (or equivalent technical degree)
  • Interest in learning about, designing, and working with electronics systems
  • A passion for hardware development, including working in a fast-paced environment and hands-on design and development
  • Demonstrated ability to personally design, build, and test hardware from scratch
  • US Citizenship or Green Card
