About the role

Customer success role at Luthor, an AI-powered governance platform for regulated enterprise communications. Focused on onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal for large financial institutions. Join directly with the founders and help shape the CS playbook and product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and implementation of Luthor for enterprise customers
  • Drive adoption, expansion, and renewal with customers
  • Build and maintain relationships across compliance, legal, marketing, and leadership teams in large financial institutions
  • Identify blockers to adoption and work with engineering to improve the product
  • Own outcomes and deliver customer success rather than just tickets
  • Develop and shape the customer success playbook in collaboration with founders and the team
  • Manage multiple enterprise customers, programs, and follow-ups with high organization and empathy

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or similar role
  • Experience with enterprise, regulated industries (financial services) is a plus
  • Strong empathy, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, marketing, and leadership
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building processes in a small, fast-growing company
