About the role

Client Partner for Pinterest in Croatia responsible for growing Aleph's business by expanding existing client relationships, planning spend, and identifying expansion opportunities across platforms. Revenue-focused, client-facing role representing Aleph in the Croatian market.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the existing book of business
  • Build account plans and revenue forecasts based on each client's current spend and scaling plans
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including clients not yet spending on an adjacent platform
  • Manage your pipeline and keep accurate CRM records of all sales activity
  • Forecast revenue weekly, monthly and annually, and deliver against your targets
  • Lead client and agency relationships
  • Meet regularly with clients and agencies to understand campaign objectives, KPIs and marketing plans
  • Recommend the right solutions from our product portfolio to help clients reach their goals
  • Lead onboarding for new clients, including legal and compliance requirements
  • Give clients timely, practical feedback to improve performance and strengthen the relationship
  • Shape new business and work across teams
  • Set the direction for new-business opportunities in Croatia, based on market trends and competitor activity
  • Work closely with Client Solutions Managers to ensure smooth campaign launches and execution
  • Build your network across key verticals through industry events and market engagement

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, account management, or related digital marketing/ad-tech sales
  • Experience with account planning and revenue forecasting
  • Experience with upsell, cross-sell and pipeline management across more than one product or platform
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in Croatian and English
