Seasonal full-time Product Guide position at Arc’teryx Roermond Outlet, focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, sharing product knowledge, and representing the brand in-store and in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Create Meaningful Guest Experiences: You bring energy and expertise to every interaction - sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
  • Live the Brand, Inside and Out: Represent our values in-store and in the community, stay curious, keep learning, and inspire others to connect with nature.
  • Grow and Collaborate: Develop skills with the team, contribute to brand initiatives, and elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
  • Keep the Store Running Smoothly: Process transactions, handle guest expectations, unpack inventory, and support daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Guest-Centric Mindset: Passion for exceptional guest experiences and brand loyalty through service, storytelling, and community engagement.
  • Disruptive Evolution: Ability to challenge the status quo, inspire new ideas, and embrace continuous improvement.
  • Own Your Impact: Self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in the local language (e.g., German) and English.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday and holiday season) and ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
