- Grow active contribution. Turn outsiders into real contributors across code, docs, and ideas to strengthen the project.
- Provision and run community infrastructure. Own infrastructure for community engagement (Slack, meetings, collaboration spaces) for each project and manage its lifecycle.
- Build the post-launch plan. Develop and run a 30/60/90-day plan to move a repo from open source to actively governed with focus on community, transparency, governance, marketing, and security posture.
- Design the contributor path and first-pass review. Create contributor-safe CI, end-to-end contribution path, and automated PR quality checks before maintainer review.
- Monitor community health. Track engagement, run events, and build automated metrics for program health visibility.
- Turn engagements into playbooks. Package readiness engagements into reusable playbooks to accelerate future projects.
