About the role

Chip Design Manager for NVIDIA's Switch Silicon team within the Networking Business Unit, focused on leading RTL design and verification of high-speed Switch Silicon chips with high throughput and low latency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of design and verification engineers that develops core units within the Switch Silicon.
  • Handle micro-architecture for RTL and simulation environment planning for units and modules.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of complex RTL units and their verification.
  • Work closely with Architecture, Full Chip, Micro-Architecture, BE, and FW teams.

Qualifications

  • BSc or MSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
  • 3+ years of managerial experience in chip design.
  • 8+ overall years of industry experience in RTL design, dynamic verification, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of chip design flows and verification methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
