About the role

Technical Program Manager leading large, multi-disciplinary projects within Google's UK Sovereign Operations to deliver, operate, and secure private cloud services for customers with high security requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic, technical, and program management of large, multi-functional projects impacting strategic customers.
  • Apply organizational, analytical, prioritization, communication and influencing skills to manage multiple concurrent, complex interactions with geographically disparate teams.
  • Cultivate trusted technical and business partnerships across product teams and stakeholders to identify, assess, and resolve recurring challenges.
  • Manage risks, issues, and actions for customers, and track them to meet expected outcomes and timelines.
  • Manage program budget and spending and transparent billing and ordering activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in technical program management.
  • 2 years of experience in technology consulting, or similar in the federal government space.
  • Active, or the ability to obtain, a Security Check (SC) UK security clearance.
