About the role

Lead Program Manager overseeing commercial and business operations within Google's Global Infrastructure and Energy organization, focused on delivering infrastructure to host and connect machines and users with Carbon Free Energy (CFE). Acts as strategic partner to business leaders to streamline operations, drive commercial success, and manage cross-functional programs spanning multiple offices and time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards. Analyze complex data sets to uncover commercial trends, track performance against targets, and provide actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current commercial workflows. Design, implement, and scale standardized processes that improve productivity, reduce risk, and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Drive alignment across various teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives. Manage complex programs from inception to delivery.
  • Lead the rollout of new tools, systems, and operational frameworks. Ensure comprehensive training and high adoption rates across global teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
