About the role

Technical Program Manager responsible for managing the development and delivery of enterprise network engineering products, coordinating with global delivery teams and cross-functional partners, with a focus on automation, process improvement, and network infrastructure projects within Google Cloud Enterprise Network offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and delivery of enterprise network engineering products while leveraging automation and software programs by coordinating with global delivery teams.
  • Manage third-party vendors responsible for the monitoring and troubleshooting of network services, including facilitating any escalations requiring engineering assistance.
  • Design and launch new delivery processes, institute process improvement and automation, and ensure the efficient/reliable achievement of process objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Technical Program Managers, Network Engineers and Software Engineers to deliver large technical networking projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience building relationships with executive management across operations, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Experience delivering network technologies in enterprise offices, data centers, or ISP/Telco programs.
  • Experience working with network infrastructure.
