About the role

Technical Solutions Consultant responsible for the technical relationship with Google’s largest advertising clients and product partners, leading cross-functional teams to leverage emerging technologies across advertising platforms and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Help to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.
  • Verify the functionality of a developer product feature and provide feedback to product/engineering teams that result in improvements to the developer experience.
  • Create product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met, with limited guidance.
  • Help scale existing or create repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Help write solution code in collaboration with internal or external developers/users/partners/clients/stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience with Connected TV advertising and its technical components (e.g., Server-Side Ad Insertion, SSAI, digital video ad serving, or streaming environments).
  • 3 years of customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consulting, or technical sales.
  • 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
  • Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
