About the role

Account Strategist role in Google Customer Solutions for the MENA region focusing on small- and medium-sized businesses, with English and Arabic fluency, driving growth and customer success in online advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
  • Own a portfolio of small businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and building quarterly plans for achievement.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls or email marketing, and conduct regular phone consultations and sales pitches with clients to advise them on Google Ads ROI.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering an outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to support client relationship management in the region.
