About the role

Field Sales Representative specializing in Edtechs and Education within Google Cloud, responsible for promoting Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise and Google for Education solutions to education-focused accounts; build executive relationships, drive business development, and guide customers through the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop executive relationships with Promoters, Directors, Vice Chancellors etc in Education and Founders, CXOs, etc. in Edtechs, and help Google grow into organizations. Influence long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner.
  • Facilitate and manage the business cycle, and present to C-level executives in Edtechs and Education customers.
  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, work collaboratively with Customer Engineers, Sales Specialists and Google partners to maximize business results in territory and discover opportunities with enterprise customers.
  • Understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, business drivers, and technology strategy.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms.
  • Experience in direct client sales/management.
