About the role

Account Strategist for Engage, GCS in the DACH market (German and English) focused on growing small businesses through consultative sales of Google’s advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Grow small-sized businesses in Germany with significant expansion potential.
  • Establish relationships by conducting regular phone consultations and sales pitches with a large portfolio of clients, using sales, problem-solving and objection management skills to operate in a fluid environment, reaching for ambitious business and productivity goals.
  • Deliver effective solutions to high potential small businesses from all verticals and business models, in each stage of their journey, in the most efficient way for the business and with a high performing sales team at scale.
  • Use commercial acumen to uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and achieve their marketing objectives while generating incremental business goals through our industry-leading advertising solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
