About the role

Product Manager focusing on Search Serving and reliability for Search AI features, guiding products from conception to launch, coordinating with engineering, UX/UI, and other stakeholders to improve access to information at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the mission-critical portfolio of Search Serving, which includes search binaries, and work with engineering leaders to set and execute overall key goals.
  • Ensure that Search serving binaries can reliably scale to meet the demands of Artificial Intelligence features on Search.
  • Anticipate Search’s serving needs proactively and build for the future by establishing and managing partnerships with teams in other product areas.
  • Collaborate closely with search feature teams to ensure user needs are well understood while building a reliable Search serving stack.
  • Build the required technical depth and expertise in this area to effectively lead the product management function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.
  • Experience in leading products and Reliability, Infrastructure or AI Infrastructure.
