About the role

Senior Product Manager role focused on Google Wallet in-store integrations, driving product strategy and lifecycle from conception to launch to enhance the in-store checkout experience and make Wallet the preferred payment method.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on enhancing and enriching the user’s in-store checkout experience, with the goal to make Google Wallet the preferred way to pay.
  • Drive a complete wallet strategy for a priority use case for Google Wallet.
  • Own the complete product lifecycle and experience to identify new opportunities to help users engage with merchants they care about, save money or more seamlessly earn rewards.
  • Identify and partner with technology providers to enable the acceptance and deploying these solutions at global scale.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management, or a related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience as a Product Manager working with SMB’s on hardware (registers, card readers, and screens) and software that businesses use to process payments, track sales, manage inventory, and handle customer data.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.)
