Job listing for a Staff Mechanical Engineer, Debug based in Singapore.

Diagnose, debug, and resolve mechanical issues in hardware products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, electrical, firmware) to identify root causes and implement robust fixes.
Develop and execute test plans to validate mechanical reliability and performance.
Support hardware qualification and product ramp activities through design iterations and issue fixing.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to mechanical design reviews and best practices.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Proven experience in mechanical debugging of complex hardware systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with reliability testing and accelerates life testing.
Ability to work across functions and communicate effectively with non-engineering teams.
