About the role

Consulting Account Lead responsible for shaping, orchestrating, and delivering strategic transformation journeys for enterprise customers with a focus on AI-driven transformation and Google Cloud/Gemini,” acting as executive advisor to C-levels, and owning the change journey and governance across complex delivery programs.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a lead transformation advisor for C-level and VP-level stakeholders, delivering industry-specific POVs on how Google Cloud and Gemini drive measurable business value, differentiation, and ROI.
  • Own end-to-end services strategy incorporating AI, shaping customer transformation journeys by creating roadmaps, proposals, and delivery plans linked to business objectives.
  • Manage cloud delivery programs, ensuring successful execution across customer, partners, and Google Cloud Consulting, while mitigating transformation risks.
  • Be a change agent to drive adoption of the platform, including plans to activate and drive usage of Gemini and AI Solutions, communicating progress toward realized value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role in management consulting, enterprise technology transformation, or customer success.
  • Experience in leading technology or digital transformation programs for enterprise organizations.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with C-level or VP-level executives.
  • Experience managing AI transformations in organizations.
