About the role

Senior UX Program Manager responsible for planning, delivering, and optimizing UX programs within Google Search Ads, partnering with UX designers, product, and engineering to drive UX excellence and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Scope, plan, and deliver programs that boost UX excellence in ads. Manage complex project lifecycles from concept to launch.
  • Drive consensus across functions on UX priorities, resources, and progress. Integrate varied perspectives to align stakeholders on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Partner closely with UX Designers to guide file setup, mock updates, and stakeholder notifications for high-stakes reviews. Own and drive vendor partnerships, including opex and team/vendor operations.
  • Create and deliver impactful communications tailored to different audiences, from team updates to executive leadership reviews.
  • Leverage AI tools, processes, and methods to address resource, technical, or time limitations, improve deliverables, and align with team goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
  • Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.
