About the role

Technical Program Manager responsible for protecting Google's future through security design implementations, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering end-to-end security programs across Google's physical and electronic security systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct a global team of agreement security systems consultants, project managers, and security installation specialists.
  • Oversee end-to-end program management, driving process improvements across the broader organization and navigating ambiguity with full ownership to resolve complex challenges.
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader, establishing a clear strategic goal to advance long-term organizational goals.
  • Deploy various security technologies using established risk frameworks, industry standards, and Google security best practices.
  • Direct financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and invoice approvals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with security systems, infrastructure projects, deployment management, program management.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
