  • Solve ambiguous problems with full ownership, translating vague projects into clear goals, and breaking down large initiatives into structured sub-projects and execution plans.
  • Initiate cross-functional projects and processes, make decisive prioritization calls, and drive alignment and leadership across partner teams.
  • Represent projects effectively across business, product, and technical perspectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience delivering multiple projects in an operations environment.
  • Experience with IP backbone (routing protocols, IP addressing, management & control planes, etc) or optical network (DWDM, OTN, coherent transceiver, etc).
