About the role

Mid-level Product Designer to lead the design of the next-generation Service Management product, defining AI-driven experiences and prototypes, collaborating with engineering and product, and helping grow the design system.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of our next-generation Service Management product.
  • Use AI coding tools to explore, refine, and share your work—and push your craft.
  • Build prototypes that you can test directly on customers.
  • Define AI-driven experiences, including conversational flows and dynamic UIs.
  • Collaborate with engineering & product to shape product direction.
  • Help define and grow our design system.
  • Iterate quickly in a high-velocity startup environment, embracing ambiguity and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • 3-6+ years of product design experience working on professional tools.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both your exceptional craft and use of AI coding tools to push it.
  • Fluency in, and passion for, understanding how products and design processes are changing in the AI era.
  • A deep appreciation for giving and receiving design critique as part of a high-performing team.
  • Mastery of atomic design principles and component-based UI architectures.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
