About the role

Advisor and operating partner responsible for managing a portfolio of Delivery Service Partner (DSP) owners across the lifecycle, helping them launch, scale, and optimize middle-mile logistics while ensuring compliance with program requirements and contributing to sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

  • - Partner with 25-30 DSP owners in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to set strategy, drive accountability, engage stakeholders, and track key performance metrics.
  • - Collaborate with internal teams (Program Managers, Compliance, Finance, PAR, VAS, Legal, fleet, and network health) to ensure DSPs launch and scale in compliance with program requirements.
  • - Remove obstacles and improve financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level.
  • - Analyze problems, generate insights, deliver recommendations, and drive change internally and with DSPs.
  • - Build two-way feedback channels with OTR teams, DSPs, and WW/EU Product and strategy; facilitate Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEP).
  • - Travel between multiple sites weekly to engage with business owners.
  • - Safety alignment with OTR Safety and Regional Managers; support peak ramp-up and onboarding to the program (net-new launches).
  • - Coach DSP owners to run compliant, safe, high-performing companies (SLS metric deep dive).
  • - Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement operational improvements at the network level; improve DSP owner experience.
  • - Develop and manage relationships with Amazon and DSP partners; align communication with DSPs after collaboration with OTR partners.
  • - Influence driver standards and ramp plans to meet peak volume demands.

Qualifications

  • - 2+ years of sales or account management experience
  • - Experience with Excel
  • - Experience analyzing data and identifying performance drivers
