About the role
Role within Loombotic focused on supporting existing customers through requirements, quotes, production, and delivery; owns day-to-day customer relationships, coordinates quotes and repeat orders, communicates lead times and drawings, and works with engineering and production to ensure commitments are met.
Responsibilities
- Support existing customers and help their projects move from requirements and quotes through production and delivery.
- Own the day-to-day customer relationship: answer questions, understand changes, coordinate quotes and repeat orders, provide updates and ensure issues get resolved.
- Discuss drawings, materials, volumes and lead times with customers.
- Work closely with engineering and production to give customers clear answers and make commitments you can deliver.
- Spend time on the factory floor understanding what we make and how we make it.
- Make working with Loombotic easy: customers know where their orders stand, get useful answers quickly and trust us with their next project.
Qualifications
- Experience: Any (new grads ok)
- Visa: US citizen/visa only
