About the role

Role within Loombotic to build and manage content across multiple platforms, translating manufacturing processes and customer stories into engaging content to grow reach and credibility.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a content calendar—and stick to it.
  • Film, edit, and produce a steady stream of original content.
  • Own day-to-day publishing across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, adapting content to each platform.
  • Work with our engineers, technicians, and business development team to find stories worth telling.
  • Create a mix of funny, entertaining content and serious, technically credible content.
  • Experiment with hooks, trends, formats, and editing styles to improve reach, engagement, and sharing.
  • Track what performs, learn from what doesn’t, and use those insights to shape the next batch of content.

Qualifications

  • You can take an idea from concept to published content yourself.
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable delivering on a regular schedule.
  • Good sense of humor and an instinct for what makes people stop scrolling.
  • Knowledge of how to make technical subjects clear and interesting without losing accuracy.
  • Understanding of how content differs across platforms.
  • Comfortable on a factory floor, behind a camera, and getting people involved.
  • Experience in manufacturing or hardware is a plus, but curiosity and strong creative work matter more.
