About the role

Zapier is seeking a People Business Partner to support GTM functions and employment standards in EMEA. The role owns an end-to-end portfolio with focus on organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, manager capability, performance, and complex employee situations across multiple EMEA jurisdictions in a fully remote, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic People partner to leaders in Data and Product, and the team expert in EMEA HR Partner Experience.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Zapier's market context, business strategy, and client group to advise leaders and build relationships.
  • Work directly with leaders on organizational design, setting and holding performance standards, talent reviews, and change management communications
  • Advise on complex people challenges, balancing empathy with sound judgment and business context.
  • Act as the driver for PBP-led people processes within your client group, including performance review and promotion cycles, and engagement surveys.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to design and roll out people initiatives that are useful and aligned with business needs.
  • Strengthen the team’s practice outside North America by collaborating on EMEA employee performance cases or investigations.
  • Grow skills in leveraging AI tooling for day-to-day work and share practices with the team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or PBP, autonomous in a global team.
  • Experience with varied client groups; GTM experience is an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with flexible, solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong relationship-building and credibility with senior stakeholders to coach through HR challenges.
  • Trusted sounding board for leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, and change management.
  • Experience advising and coaching leaders on performance management, employee relations, and exits across multiple EMEA jurisdictions; collaboration with employee relations and legal.
  • Proficient in using AI in daily work for productivity and insight.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed environment and flex across time zones.
