About the role

Director-level product marketing lead for Lila Sciences' life science product portfolio, owning go-to-market, positioning, and launches for closed-loop AI and autonomous lab capabilities. Audience is senior technical buyers in biopharma and R&D; responsible for creating a coherent portfolio narrative, launch plans, and enabling the field team.

Responsibilities

  • Own go-to-market strategy for the full life science product portfolio
  • Define positioning for RNA, DNA, protein, and small molecule capabilities
  • Lead launches end to end, from pilot framing through general availability and expansion
  • Build offer constructs with Product and Commercial, including pilot scopes and access models
  • Turn pilots into case studies that show measurable scientific impact
  • Equip Commercial and BD with narrative decks, talk tracks, and competitive positioning
  • Synthesize customer and competitive signal into prioritization recommendations for Product

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product marketing, including portfolio-level ownership at a technical company
  • Track record launching complex scientific or AI products to biopharma and R&D buyers
  • Working knowledge of the life science value chain, discovery through early development
  • Ability to translate AI and lab automation concepts into credible commercial narratives
  • Exceptional writing, with examples aimed at scientific and executive audiences
  • Proven influence across Product, Commercial, and Brand without formal authority
  • Experience supporting or leading sales motions into top 20 pharma accounts
