About the role

The eCommerce Operation Specialist - Compliance protects marketplace seller accounts (mainly Amazon) by keeping listings live, preventing policy violations, and maintaining a healthy Account Health rating.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and fix listing issues (suppressions, blocks, removals, pricing errors, policy flags) quickly, keep ASINs/listings live and sellable with minimal downtime, and fix root causes so issues don't repeat.
  • Review product content — titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and attributes — before it goes live, flagging anything that could cause a policy or compliance violation.
  • Monitor the Account Health Dashboard (AHD) and Voice of the Customer (VOC) Dashboard to maintain a healthy AH rating, escalate banners, warnings, policy notices, or metric drops with context.
  • Collaborate with EPM/SEM, the TIC agency, and other teams to resolve issues, track items to closure, keep stakeholders updated, and serve as a reliable contact for account health questions.
  • Support the Account Health Project Manager with ongoing projects and process improvements, alongside day-to-day responsibilities (BAU).
  • Own escalations from the Core Team, EPM/SEM, or other stakeholders from intake to resolution, document before appeals, manage cases with marketplace teams, and update involved parties on progress.
  • Handle urgent business-critical issues ahead of routine work, respond quickly to revenue/listings/account health impacts, and balance with ongoing duties.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and account health management, with knowledge of Amazon policies, listing/compliance rules, and AHD.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis for content review and violation prevention.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English, able to work with multiple stakeholders, and manage several open issues with urgency.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and opening, managing, and appealing cases with Seller Support.
  • Preferred: experience across other marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, other regional Amazon marketplaces), writing Appeals and Plans of Action (POA), and familiarity with e-commerce content and brand/compliance standards.
