About the role

Pattern is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team. The role is full-time, hybrid, based in Brno or Prague, Czech Republic, and functions as the fourth seat in the product quad from idea through to market launch for ROI Hunter within Pattern.

Responsibilities

  • Sync with dedicated Product Manager, Designer and Lead Developer on releases (often two in parallel)
  • Build assets to take a release to market (platform landing pages, newsletters, decks, case studies)
  • Join weekly with Customer Success to review what's new and train the team
  • Track adoption against quarterly goals and identify bottlenecks to share with product and Customer Success
  • Take ownership of a specific slice of the ROI Hunter product end to end (scope finalized by the team)

Qualifications

  • Real e-commerce experience (in-house, agency, or B2B SaaS for e-commerce; B2C marketers welcome)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities/roadmaps
  • Genuinely autonomous with proactive problem-solving
  • Prior product marketing experience is helpful but not required (willing to train)
  • Familiarity with ad platforms like Meta, Google, Snap, TikTok, or OpenAI ads is a plus
