About the role

Part-time or full-time licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to provide telehealth psychotherapy for older adults. Fully remote role with caseload management handled by Sailor Health, including administrative support, with options for 1099 (starting at 15 hours/week) or W2 (starting at 25 hours/week).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
  • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
  • Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
  • Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Active, independent license to practice psychology in Iowa
  • Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
