About the role
Part-time or full-time licensed clinical psychologist position focused on older adults, fully remote telehealth in Delaware. Sailor Health provides caseload, administrative support, and clinical collaboration. Flexible schedule, fee-for-service or W2 arrangements, and focus on geriatric care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
- Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
- Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
- Active, independent license to practice psychology in Delaware
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
